A doll that grows
its own hair.

Greenlet hand-throws ceramic cat-grass dolls in small batches. Plant the seed, watch the "hair" come in, then give it a trim: fresh grass for the cat, a proper project for the kids, and one more green thing on the windowsill that's actually hard to kill.

  • MPI-compliant seed
  • Hand-thrown, small batches
  • Sprouts in 3–5 days

who it's for

Three corners of the room

The windowsill cat

Cats need fresh grass to help things move and keep their coat right. Skip the wrecked balcony pot. Grow it somewhere your cat will actually curl up beside.

The craft-desk kids

Planting, watching it sprout, then giving the doll its first haircut with safe scissors: a proper afternoon project, not another screen.

The bookshelf beginner

No soil to source, no feeding schedule. Follow the card that comes with it, water when it says to, and it grows anyway.

about us

It started with a wrecked balcony pot

Every time the cat went out for a chew, she came back having flattened half the grass. We figured if she was going to sit in it anyway, it might as well look like her. The first doll was hand-thrown on a wheel in a garage; now Greenlet makes them in small batches for cats and kids around New Zealand.
